Souvenirs from the sea

Something that I brought back from the sea of Shonan where I visited the other day after a long time. They have the smell of the sea.
Pieces of pottery which had lost sharpness before drifted ashore blend in with the shells.

When I was living near the sea, they were too close to take notice but this time I found something new in gathering those which was different from nuts and had colours, shapes, scent or textures that you would not meet in a mountain.

And before long, the gathering had turned out to find shells=chopstick rests.
