Winter blue

In the very first morning of the day when it became December, I went to a studio of indigo dyeing artist who lived in the same town to dye indigo.
I had no connection with Indigo ever since I started my studio so I appreciate for allowing me to dye indigo regularly from this year.

The Indigo that is maintained lukewarm at 25~6 ℃ in a vat feels nice when you immerse threads with your hands.
Then after washing them with achingly cold water, you will see the fresh blue that you would only expect to see in winter.
I would like to spend the remaining one month wishing to hail a fresh new year like this blue.
