A ”Two-colour stole” which I made by the request of my acquaintance for the occasion of a family celebration more than a decade ago.
When we decided “Layer” to the theme of “Herbarium and senses vol.05 Sakura (cherry blossoms)”, I remembered about the stole.
In the workshop, we will obtain the colour of earth using iron mordant, and sakura-colour using lye mordant little by little respectively, from branches that have accumulated nutrients over a long period of time.
It is a stole that is dyed two colours of cherry in layers.
